As I have mentioned several times earlier too that I keep cooking and making new dishes and keep the pictures intact with me so that I can share the recipes with you all whenever I can...so this one too has been with me since few days but due to some reasons just couldn't get here....but today as someone asked me for some quick recipes so I thought I should update the same here too...so that all can benefit...
Won't talk much today but just update the recipe...Hope all will try it for once atleast..

Makes 35-40

Ingredients:
2 big potatoes boiled
1 spinach bunch(boiled and minced)
1/2 cup peas (boiled)
2-3 green chilis chopped
3-4 tbsp chopped coriander
2tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp roasted besan pwdr
2 tbsp bread crumbs
Few cashews slit from middle
Salt to taste
Method:
In a big bowl add all ingredients
And mash them well together to make a well emulsified mixture.
Make small kebabs from it which will make around 35...place 1 half of the cashew over it gently and press to secure...
Slightly shallow fry them from both sides to crisp up the surface...this kebab is not required to cook much as all the ingredients are already cooked...serve hot with ur liking of chutney or sauce..
(NOTE: these kebabs can be made in batches and freezed for around 15-20 days in the freezer...and whenever required pull out the no. Of kebabs you want, fry and serve hot...this way you can have them handy whenever u want)
